1. The festival has a non-competitive character.
2. Male, female and mixed choirs can take part of the festival, without limitation of the number of participants and age.
3. Participants in the choir may also be non-professionals, with the exception of conductor and accompanist.
4. Music accompaniment is possible with piano or a chamber instrumental composition.
5. Duration of the performance - up to 30 min.
6. Repertoire - freely chosen - pre-classical, classical, folklore, contemporary music.
7. Participation is open to any choir that accepts the rules of the festival and that is approved.
8. Every participant in the festival receives a placard.
9. During the time of the festival each participating choir has up to two performances.
10. The Ensemble wishing to participate have to send a biography of choir, repertoire and common photo to the organizing committee’s address.
11. If necessary, the organizers of the festival can provide bus transport on the territory of Bulgaria, which is paid additional.
12. Accommodation - in two star hotels. Accommodation in rooms with two, three or four beds. If the participants want additional extras – they have to pay for them.
