Тen choirs took part in the 10th edition of the international choir festival that was held on 09-11 June. Mrs Maria Kirkova, the mayor of Harmanli, opened the festival.
For the first time choir „Slavei“ had individual performance on June 09 with the operetta „The Czardash Queen“ with „Rhytm“ ballet formation with choreographer Galia Stankova and the chamber orchestra of the State Opera - Stara Zagora. For the first time the choir performed with their new conductor Mladen Stanev.
On the 10th of June on the Festival stage were mixed choir „Petko Staynov“ from Kazanlak with conductor Mladen Stanev, children choir of the Turkish Choir Association from Ankara with conductor Neslihan Alpadzhan, the teachers choir of Dobrich with conductor Margarita Ruseva and the choir of the National School of Music and Stage Arts – Burgas wit conductor Aneta Dragneva-Danailova.
On the 11th of June was the performance of mixed choir „Todor Mazarov“ from Pavel banya with conductor Ivan Porov, women choir „Trimontium“ from Plovdiv with conductor Vanya Atanasova, mixed choir of the Turkish Polyphonic Association - Ankara with conductor prof. Mustafa Apaydan, academic choir „St. Paraskeva“ from Sofia with conductor dr. Galina Lukanova.
The 10th anniversary of „Harmony“ ended with the special participation of the choir of the State Opera – Stara Zagora with conductor Mladen Stanev.
In all 10 edditions 32 choirs from Bulgaria with 850 choir members and 22 choirs from Poland,Italy, Spain, Greece, Russia, Israel, France, USA, Ireland, England and Turkey with 607 choir members demonstrated their art on the Festival stage.
